Kerstin O’shields

Body Language Coach and Strategist

“How to Create Impact and Influence Without Saying a Word”

Bio:

Kerstin O’Shields is an Executive Presentation Coach, Speaker, and Private Voice Teacher in the Seattle and Greater Puget Sounds Area for over 20 years. Kerstin specializes in framing the masterpiece of each person’s message, performance, and business by enhancing nonverbal communication with body posture, body gesturing, facial expressions, and clarifying the physical voice. She brings the enjoyment to releasing the voice in both speech and singing in the natural foundations of the body and true expression.

Kerstin also enjoys working and encouraging the youth in the Greater Seattle Area by teaching the fundamentals of expression and technique in vocal performance and preparing young adults for success in the workforce. She has enjoyed multiple performances and speaking engagements focused on the ingrained connection of physical presentation to increase the ability to create meaningful connections and an increase in business.

Collette Carlson

Bio:

Colette Carlson is a human behavior expert and keynote speaker who inspires individuals to connect and communicate in real and relevant ways.
With a Master’s Degree in Human Behavior, a fascination with communication trends, and extensive experience in the personal development industry for over 20 years, Colette knows the difference between trendy topics and timeless truths when it comes to successful business practices.

Her articles have been featured in Success,  Business Management Daily, and Working Mother magazines.

Colette is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a designation held by fewer than 10% of the members belonging to the International Federation for Professional Speakers.
Through her highly-engaging and laugh-out-loud funny seminars, Colette teaches organizations how mindful communication creates connection. Every seminar is customized and personalized, and audience members learn how to form and sustain relationships that drive productivity, engagement, and collaboration.

Her clients include Boeing, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, the United States Government, and numerous others.

Karen Bates

Bio:

Karen Bates, CPA, served eight years in the Navy as an Air Traffic Controller and a total of 15 years as a military wife. Karen’s not only great at talking to families about their passions and plans for the future, but also loves to coach her loan officers in the art of “concierge” VA home loan service.

Karen is a certified John Maxwell coach and is committed in helping others to grow professionally on their journey to successful leadership.

Since 2008, Joe Sesso has traveled across the country speaking to real estate professionals about the latest trends in marketing, technology and social media. In his travels, Joe has spoken to more than 25,000 Realtors in 48 states and more than 20 national, state and local conventions.
