Women’s Council of REALTORS® California President’s Message


As the California State President, it is an honor to serve alongside the rest of the State Leadership Team this year. Our motto is: Learn More! Do More! Become More in 2024!

Our Extended State Leadership Team features our outstanding and dedicated District Vice Presidents who support our networks and their leadership teams. We are proud of our networks as they deliver extraordinary value to our members.

As a unique leadership organization, we are truly a growth laboratory! Women’s Council is a safe place for our members to learn transferable skills for their business and to develop themselves as leaders in the industry and communities they serve. In addition, as the premier leadership organization for REALTORS, we are known throughout the industry as the place to find the best and the brightest.

cALIFORNIA LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Are you looking to develop your leadership skills in a safe space through top-tier education, networking and relationship building? The Women’s Council of REALTORS®, California is seeking  REALTOR® members who want to cultivate and grow their leadership skills.

Piloted in 2023 as the Incubator Program, the 2024 Women’s Council of REALTORS®, California Leadership Academy will empower you, and provide strategies to define your individual path in Women’s Council, the industry and the communities we serve.

Beginning in January 2024, The Women’s Council of REALTORS® California Leadership Academy is organized into six virtual sessions featuring guest presenters and culminates at the September Fall Conference with group presentations and a special Ceremony of Achievement.  In addition, there will be three small group, in-person sessions at each State Conference featuring  National Leaders!

The application process is open to all REALTOR® Members who have been a member for two years or more.
 The Deadline for application is December 15, 2023.
