Women’s Council of REALTORS® California President’s Message


As the California State President, it is an honor to serve alongside the rest of the State Leadership Team this year.

Our motto is: Learn More! Do More! Become More in 2024!

Our Extended State Leadership Team features our outstanding and dedicated District Vice Presidents who support our networks and their leadership teams. We are proud of our networks as they deliver extraordinary value to our members.

As a unique leadership organization, we are truly a growth laboratory! Women’s Council is a safe place for our members to learn transferable skills for their business and to develop themselves as leaders in the industry and communities they serve. In addition, as the premier leadership organization for REALTORS, we are known throughout the industry as the place to find the best and the brightest.

Hello Women's Council Leaders,

Women's Council of Realtors Leadership Identification & Development, also known as LID, is looking for talented individuals to participate at the 2025 National Conferences!

Use this opportunity to not only enrich our organization as a whole but also to elevate your leadership journey! We want to show National that California is diverse and has many gifted REALTORS!  There will be 10 members selected whose applications will be submitted to National for consideration.  These opportunities are designed to EMPOWER and promote members at all levels of leadership within our organization!
