As a Team Leader at RE/MAX Connections in San Diego, CA for more than 25 years, Kay Merg is a REALTOR® that is passionate about mentoring women throughout the Real Estate industry. She is affectionately known as the “Referral Queen” at Women’s Council of REALTORS California as a result of the large number of client referrals she sends and receives from all over the country.
In state leadership, Kay has served in multiple leadership roles and is thrilled to have served as 2022 President for California with over 1400 members.
When Kay is not selling Real Estate she loves to travel with her husband Ralph, enjoying a Mai Tai on the beach, and exploring wine regions around the world.
