Greetings Leaders!!

We are hitting the ground running as 2026 leaders!

First and foremost this year is the focus on our members. Members, the local members, who have joined us and are committed to our mission and vision as a council. The local members who are the life blood our organization. Let us start here. What value are we providing to these local members, what are we doing to support these local leaders? I am excited to share our vision as a leadership team with you!

We have tasked our district vice presidents with providing some amazing presentations to empower our local leaders. We also have National leaders joining us, including our very own National President, Cheryl Keller. She is excited to share with us the vision for our organization moving forward and how we as a state fit into that vision.

This year, in alignment with the National Leadership goal of 26% growth in 2026, we also are looking to increase membership by 26%. This is a lofty goal, but it is achievable. Local networks have the power to engage, inspire and connect with members and encourage them to bring others with them. We only need to see each network grow by 9 members to make this goal a reality! So as we start holding events, lets remember to have those membership moments, lets share OUR why, lets tell OUR stories and share the wonderful benefits we enjoy, with everyone we meet.

This council really is where leaders are made and we are all proof.
