Leadership Skills =SALES

Have you ever wondered how the Leadership skills that we develop through WCR translate into "business"? What are these skills and how do we use them.

People Skills. The ability to work with people based on mutual respect for one another, realizing each person is unique and has his/her own thoughts and individual charactertics, but that we can work together knowing this and respecting each person's individually.

Team Building. The ability to select the right members for your team, to draw on each person's strengths, and to work together to achieve the desired results i.e.: Close of Escrow.

Delegation: The ability to let go of the tasks which others can do just as well and to focus on the things we do best-SALES.

Presentation Skills. The ability to make a better presentation because you have overcome your fear of speaking in front of people and develop your speaking skills and ability to deliver.

Problem Solving. The ability to take a project such as a Fundraiser, plan the details and execute it. These same skills help you solve your real estate problems step by step and make those nightmare escrows SALES instead of panic.

Communications. This includes not only talking, which we are all so good at, but more importantly listening attentively to what the other person is saying and hearing what they are actually saying.

Time Management. How to manage and prioritize your tasks in order to achieve the maximum results from the amount of time spent. To become focused!

All of these skills lead to building your self-confidence, which leads to more SALES.
