Preparations are being made for the fantastic Expo to be held Oct. 9-10 in Long Beach, CA. Thanks to Rana Linka, the WCR booth will be No. 217 and near the front entrance of the Expo. One of best fundraisers last year was the Raffle Ticket sales, and the drawing will once again be held on the last day of the Expo. Our booth is an excellent opportunity to display WCR membership materials and attract new members. Raffle tickets have been printed and sent to all LCP's so they will be available for selling during their trip to Washington, D.C. One of the goals of the Expo Committee is to have raffle tickets available at the State meeting in Sacramento so that members will have a longer time to sell tickets. More time to sell, more money for WCR! Tickets will again be sold for $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00. Many thanks to Co-Chair Susan Clark and Expo Committee members Cathy Scharetg and Vivian Long. Special thanks to Lori Staehling for her assistance with last year's materials.
