Judy Moses, broker/owner of Pathway Home Realty Group, has been listing and selling real estate since 1986. A Women's Council member since 1993, Judy was President of her Local Chapter in 1997, President of her State Chapter in 1999 and Governor in 2000.
She has chaired the Leadership Development and the Membership/Business Value Committees and has served on the Executive, Strategic Planning, Finance & Budget, Bylaws and Products and Services Committees. Judy has also been a trainer and facilitator for the Women's Council's Leadership Academy and State Orientation Program.
In addition to her involvement with Women's Council, Judy is currently a director of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS. She is a graduate of Simmons College and has served as President of their Alumnae Club of Boston. Because Judy is passionate about mentoring other women and girls, she volunteers in after school programs with the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston.
The Massachusetts Chapter honored Judy by naming her its 2002 Member of the Year, and the Greater Boston Chapter named her Member of the Year in both 1998 and 2002.

National President-elect Ann DeFries is a REALTOR® and sales manager with Balistreri Realty, serving the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. Ann has held numerous offices as a member of the North Broward WCR Chapter for more than 12 years, including Florida state chapter president and two years as national governor.
She has chaired the national committees of Leadership Development, Chapter Effectiveness, Communications, Publications, Finance and Budget and Bylaws. She serves on the national committees of Executive, Finance and Budget and Bylaws and has been a faculty member of WCR's Leadership Academy for six years. She has been a Women's Council workshop facilitator and was a State Orientation trainer.
Ann was honored by the Florida State Chapter by being named 2002 Member of the Year and Mentor of the Year in 2002.
Active in the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Ann served as 2005 President of the 12,700-member organization. She has served since 1998 as a Florida Association of REALTORS® Director and as a National Association of REALTORS® Director.
Ann was born and raised in Lima, Ohio, and has been married to her husband Larry for 24 years. They are the proud parents of daughter Laura, who is 17. In her spare time, Ann enjoys watching her daughter's dance competitions, reading and spending time at the beach.

National Recording Secretary Becky Hill is a Broker Associate for Keller Williams Realty in Houston, Texas, and has over 25 years of experience in real estate sales and management. Becky and her business partner owned and operated the second location for Keller Williams Realty in the greater Houston area for 14 years before selling the company in 2005. She has served as the Assistant Chair for the Keller Williams Realty International Associate Leadership Council since 1997 and is consistently recognized as one of the top associates in her local office. Her office honored her twice by giving her the Eagle Award which represents the best of what the Keller Williams culture stands for.
During 2005 and 2006, Becky served as a TREPAC Trustee for the Houston and Texas Association of REALTORS® and will be serving again in 2007. In addition to her sales activities and volunteer work, Becky is a guest instructor for Champions School of Real Estate in their pre-licensing, ethics, legal, ABR and PMN courses.
A member of WCR for more than 15 years, Becky chaired various committees and held all of the officer positions at the local and state level before first becoming a National officer in 2004 when she was the Regional Vice President for Region IX. Other national experience includes serving on the Communications, Leadership Development, Bylaws, Finance and Budget, Strategic Planning and Executive Committees, being the mentor for Best Practices in Leadership Development, Referral Roster and State Orientations committees, as well as chairing the Chapter Effectiveness and Finance & Budget committees. Additionally, Becky was a State Orientation facilitator and served for two years as a faculty member for the Local and State Leadership Academy.
Becky has been honored by her local chapter, the Houston 1960 Chapter, and the Texas Chapter as the 2005 Member of the Year for each chapter.
Born in SW Virginia, Becky moved to Texas in 1970, where she was married for 10 years. She has one brother and three sisters and currently shares her home in Houston with a Black Lab-Terrier mix named Lady Bug. Whenever she has some free time, Becky loves to work in her garden, play golf, go fishing, take a walk on the beach, read or attend live theater performances.

Deborah Gilmore specializes in residential sales with Jenny Pruitt & Associates REALTORS®, servicing Atlanta/ Marietta, Georgia. She has been practicing real estate for 16 years and has been a member of Women's Council of REALTORS® since 1991. Deborah, a member of the Cobb County Chapter, and has held office as Local & State Chapter President, was 2001 Member of the Year, 2 year term as Governor and 2003 Regional Vice President.
She has been consistently involved with her local association, Cobb Association of REALTORS®, having the opportunity to serve as Director, three years as Education Chair, 2002 President, and she was honored as 2005 REALTOR® of the Year. She was instrumental in establishing her local association as one of 4 schools licensed in the State to provided REBAC/NAR courses. She also had the opportunity to serve on the Marietta City Council panel on Affordable Housing, providing information on how to work with a REALTOR®. Deborah has served as Director and on several committees with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and was their 2003 Education Chair.
Nationally, Deborah has served on Women's Council of REALTORS® Executive/Strategic Planning, Chapter Effectiveness, Business Trends & Issues, Finance & Budget, Leadership Development, Chapter Standards committees. She has also served five times as an instructor for Leadership Academy, Workshop Facilitator on Cultural Diversity and Conflict Resolution and State Orientation Facilitator. Deborah's participation and involvement with Women's Council of REALTORS® has opened new opportunities and levels of confidence to teach. She now teaches for REBAC, Ethics for Cobb Association of REALTORS® and is presently developing courses toward her own school.
Deborah has a love of books and the arts, especially interior design. She is originally from Chicago, by way of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and has been married for 31 years to husband Tony. They have a son, Adrian, who is a real estate closing attorney in Atlanta.
