Meeting called to order at 8:15 by President Elect, Carol Luckenbach on behalf of President, Mary Jane Cambria.

Flag salute by Susie Stelle of the Santa Cruz Chapter.

Inspiration given by Diane Dee Lee of the LA/Orange County Line Chapter.

President Elect, Carol Luckenbach introduced the head table. Bobbie Nelson, State Treasurer; Jean Tietgen, State Secretary and Mike Riley, Parliamentarian.

District Vice Presidents were introduced. Denise Aquila, Cynthia Davis, Sandy Kaplan, Rana Linka, Carol Meyers, Edie Newmeyer, James Nevans, Mike Riley, Barbara Safran.

Governors were introduced. Linda Amodeo, Jeri Jorgenson, and Judy Myers.

Past Presidents were introduced:  Sharon Telles, Betty Taisch, Linda Hofstatter, Emily Link, Nita Lyons and Jackie Crowley.

Local Chapter Presidents and First Time Attendees were asked to stand and be acknowledged and introduced.

Leslie Appleton-Young, C.A.R. Economist presented a California Housing Economic Forecast.

Ways & Means Chair, Cathy Scharetg announced the final Chapter Spotlights. Santa Cruz Chapter, Susie Stelle, Local Chapter President and San Mateo Chapter, Rose Hocker, Local Chapter President.

Platinum sponsor presentation by American Home Shield.

Mike Riley, Parliamentarian read and explained the Rules of the Day and the election process.

Karlene Westfall, Credentials Chair reported that there were 154 qualified ballots for the election.
